Hey Trappers! All Spring 2023 rental textbooks are due back to the bookstore May 12th! Finish with them early? No problem! Return them and AVOID LATE FEES!

If you are unsure of the rentals you have out, contact us using one of the methods below and we will let you know! We'll just need your Student ID number and full name. 

If you wish to keep your rental books and need to purchase them, please contact us and we will process your rental book 'buyout' for you!

There are 3 easy options for returning your rentals!!

Option 1:

  • BRING THEM TO US WHEN WE ARE ON CAMPUS 
    We'll be on campus May 10th, 11th and 12th during finals week.  Our pop-up location will be in the Orendorff Building from 9am-5pm on the 10th and 11th and 9am-2pm on the 12th.

Option 2:

  • PUT THEM IN THE DROPBOX LOCATED INSIDE THE CAMPUS MAILROOM AT THE POWELL CAMPUS 
    This is a contact free way for local students, or students passing through, to return their books to a secure location prior to the return deadline. The mailroom is open 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Make sure your name is clearly visible on the back of each book. If it is not, please write it inside the front cover.

Option 3:

  • SHIP THEM BACK TO US - THIS OPTION REQUIRES PACKING MATERIALS AND ACCESS TO DROP OFF OR PICK-UP BY USPS, FEDEX, OR UPS 
    Follow the steps below:
     **The NWC Bookstore is not responsible for rental books that are lost or damaged in transit to the bookstore. The customer will be held liable for the buyout cost of lost or damaged rentals due to shipping issues.**
    •  LOCATE YOUR RENTALS:
      • On the back of all of our rental books, there is a sticker with the due date.
      • If you are unsure of the rentals you have out, chat with us or send an email to nwcbookstore@textbookbrokers.com with your student ID number and full name and we will email you back with the books you rented.

    • BOX THEM UP
      • Please make sure that all items are packaged securely to prevent any damage during the shipping process. Fill any empty spaces with clean filler such as bubble wrap, newspapers, or other packing materials.
        Make sure to include a note in your package with as much information as possible so that we can be sure to check the rentals in on the correct student account.  Below is the information we can use to process your return:
      • - Student ID Number (required)
        - Name (required)
        - Order number
        - Address
        - Email Address
        - Phone Number

    • CLICK HERE TO CREATE YOUR FREE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL
      • Fill out the required information and a FREE FedEx return label will be emailed to you in minutes! 
      • **PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM AND/OR JUNK FOLDERS IF YOU CANNOT FIND THE LABEL!!**
      • You will only be provided ONE free return label so, be sure to send all of your rentals back at once or you will be responsible for any additional shipping.
      • The label may say it is for one unit. That is the number of packages, NOT the number of books.
      • Get your Spring book returns package in the mail no later than May 12th to avoid late fees!
      • Make sure to enter your tracking number below!
  • ***If you used your free label and still have rentals, we recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS, or insurable U.S. Mail service. Then submit the tracking information via the Rental Check In form below.

*Failure to return the rented materials by the rental return date printed on your receipt will result in the credit card on file to be charged a $10.00 late fee per book and the full retail price of the rented materials, minus the amount paid for the initial rental. The Bookstore’s refund policy applies for all rental materials.
