What payment methods does the bookstore accept?
The bookstore accepts the following:
Credit/Debit Card
Deferred Payment
     -Deferred payment for Spring 2024 books will be available until February 15, 2024.
    - Deferred charge due date for Spring 2024 is February 16, 2024- The date your balance will be charged to the card on file.

NOTE: After the deferred payment date has passed for a semester, all orders must be purchased with a debit/credit card.

Can I have my textbooks billed to my student account?
No, but you can choose "Deferred Payment" and we will charge your credit or debit card on a specified date set each semester The payment date will always be AFTER your financial aid has been disbursed to you. Spring 2024 deferred payments will be charged to the card on file on February 16, 2024.
Can I purchase other items than course materials with deferred payments?
Yes, you can purchase any item on the bookstore website with deferred payment at the beginning of each semester.
Why do I need to hold a debit/credit card on file for a rental?
The bookstore requires a debit/credit card to be held on file in case the rental is not returned.
After placing an order I received an order confirmation, does that mean my payment method has been charged?
No, the order confirmation email is only to confirm your and payment method information has been received. Once you order is fulfilled, your payment method on file will be charged, and you will receive a second email confirming your order has shipped or is ready-to-pickup on campus when that option is available.
After I enter my credit card information, the website says "Billing system error." How do I fix this?
Please verify the credit/debit card number is correct. If it's incorrect, please re-enter you card number. If the card number is correct, please verify that the billing address is the address on file with your bank/financial institution. If it's incorrect, please re-enter the correct billing address.
